Partnership with Mineral Owners

Because of its geological and geophysical expertise and its various license agreements to use 3D Seismic, LaBay has entered into consultant agreements with mineral owners and land owners.  These agreements offer a developing resource of prospects which are being generated.  If you have any interest in pursuing opportunities of this nature, please contact us.

Current Activity and Objectives

Subsequent to the sale of Rabbit Island, LaBay continued its South Louisiana exploration efforts as a participant in the limited partnership formed in 2005.  This entity has drilled numerous wells in South Louisiana, onshore and in State Waters.   LaBay currently has an inventory of 3D Seismic generated prospects in West Cote Blanche Bay which it is marketing to industry for farmout.

LaBay currently is in the business of generating prospects as a limited partner in its exploration program.  LaBay is also marketing undivided interests in certain of these prospects which are available for farmout or sale to bona fide third party participants.  A description of certain Prospects available may be accessed by clicking on the links.  All of these prospects are subject to prior sale and LaBay and its partners reserve the right to withdraw same from sale for any reason.
